Obituary of Gary P. Quinn

Gary Patrick Quinn of Brighton , singer, songwriter, musician departed this world on July 6, 2012 after a courageous battle with cancer. He is survived by his loving spouse, Jan Burt Quinn; mother, Mary Louise Quinn; brothers, John and James; sister, Debra Ann Quinn; as well as a host of many loving friends and family. Gary was predeceased by his father, Walter P. Quinn; mother and father-in-law, Joan and Ernest Burt; good friends, Donald and Toni Burt; and loving aunts, Eleanor and Elizabeth Amend. Gary was a graduate of McQuaid Jesuit High School Class of 1964. Gary had a rich and varied music career spanning over 40 years. Special thanks to the many residents and activities directors of elder care facilities in Monroe, Wayne and Livingston counties. You provided Gary with much love, fulfillment and appreciation of his musical talents.
