Oh my Annalynne,
Before you were my lover, you were my friend… my best friend.
We would go out with the gang from work; we would play or have lunch or dinner.
We took ballroom dance lessons together and shared thoughts and dreams.
You were there for me when my dad died and we got closer.
Getting married was the natural next step…
We raised a family, started a business, struggled, succeeded and changed careers, and again we struggle … Through it all you were there for me, encouraging me to step beyond myself; Not to worry over what is meant to be.
Of all we’ve done. I know you are the most proud of your daughters: Four uniquely talented, independent women … who are creative generous, caring, and interested in changing the world.
When we married I used to say I gave away half my brain. I couldn’t make a decision without you. Now that you are gone, I realize that, when we married and created a life together, I gave YOU half my soul.

I remember a girl choking at school. I panicked but your mother was calm and helped the girl recover. You girls must have prepared Annalynne for everything.

When I think of you Annalynne, I think of a Godly woman and wife, as described in Pr 31:10-24" A wife of noble character who can find? She is worth more rubes... and I think of you sharing your talents, wealth and light as Jesus, taught us in Mt 5:14-16 "You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven. and I think of your faithfulness, love and gentleness and I think of God's love for us. I know you love your family with a love like Paul's prayer in Eph 3:14 20 ... "And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge- that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God."
