Obituary of C. Sidney Schwab

Carl Sidney Schwab "Sid" of Rochester passed away March 3, 2011 at age 94. He was predeceased by his wife, Lorraine. Sid is survived by his daughter, Susan Donovan; son, James (Jane Gruhl) Schwab; granddaughter, Amy (Albert) Wilhelmy; grandson, Michael (Kathy) Diehl; great-grandchildren, Albert, Sydney, Inga and Otto Wilhelmy; niece, Carol (Ken) Arvidson; special friend, Bill Reeder; several nieces and nephews. Sid was a decorated Army Veteran of WW II, an employee of Barber-Colman in Rockford, IL and a retiree of Eastman Kodak Company in Rochester, NY. Special thanks to the Friendly Home, the Morgan Place staff and friends and Lifetime Hospice for their loving care. Friends may call at Jennings, Nulton & Mattle Funeral Home, 1704 Penfield Road, Sunday 2-4 PM. Sid's Funeral Service will be held Monday 10 AM at Faith Lutheran Church, 2576 Browncroft Blvd. Interment, Oakwood Cemetery.
