Susan and Jim, I met your Mom and Dad as we were all pioneers moving into Concord Square many years ago. Your Dad was a great guy, fantastic sense of humor and the best timing for a joke. I always thought of him as the Mayor of CS. He was very helpful along with your Mom to this scared 26 year old buying her first house.My condolences to you and your families. Alby, Ormond Beach, FL

I was so sorry to read in the D&C that Sid had passed away. I knew him from his stay at Rivers Run. I was "Morning Sue" the weekend person. So always got to see him when he came down for breakfast or was in the club room. A wonderful person who will be sorely missed. I bought his toaster when you had your "apartment" sale and I think of him everytime I use it!! That may seem strange but it makes me smile. And that was Sid. Always a smile. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
