Carolyn (Tinsley) Neatrour

Penfield- On July 4^th, 2024, at age 96. Predeceased by husband William, infant daughter Cheri, parents Harvie and Bernice Tinsley, brother Harvie Jr., infant grandson Jason Neatrour and granddaughter Melissa Rossignol. She is survived by son Richard (Beverly) Neatrour, daughter Kathy (James) Clicquennoi, daughter Susan (Eugene) Hill, and son Gordon (Diane) Neatrour, sister-in-law June Tinsley, grandchildren Paul, Eric, Colin, Carolyn Neatrour, Steven (Hailey) and Jonathan (Linda) Clicquennoi, Jennifer (Todd) Conrad, Becky (Tony) DeMatteo, Matthew (Ashely) Hill, Arianne (Fred) Bianchi, Emma (Steven) Lippa, and Olivia Neatrour, great-grandchildren Kelsey (Corbin) Beck, Remington Rossignol, Cheyanne and Savanna Neatrour, Holden and River Clicquennoi, Violet and Ivy Clicquennoi, Taylor and Joshua Conrad, Madalynn, Ali, and Jase DeMatteo, Scarlett, Violet and Emery Bianchi, and great-great grandson Benjamin Beck. 

After a career as a Medical Secretary for a surgical practice she volunteered for the Penfield Volunteer Ambulance. She was an avid reader, enjoyed painting and was a member of the Penfield Art Association. Carolyn was a member of the Penfield Presbyterian Church. 

The family would like to express their gratitude for the care Carolyn received at St. Ann’s. 

Family and friends may call Monday, July 8^th at HARLOFF FUNERAL HOME, 803 SOUTH WASHINGTON STREET, EAST ROCHESTER NY 14445 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 9^th at White Haven Memorial Park, 210 Marsh Rd, Pittsford at 1 p.m. Please gather at the front entrance of White Haven by 12:55pm.
