I knew Rosie most of my life (since she introduced my parents). She was truly one of the kindest souls you would ever meet. While I didn't have the opportunity to see her often, the times I did share with her I will always treasure. My condolences to her whole family and her friends. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Rose was a wonderful neighbor and friend. I enjoyed our visits over the last several years, mostly while walking around Windsor Square or running into each other at Wegmans. I will miss her immensely! She told me of her illness last fall, but I was shocked to hear it took her so quickly. My sincerest condolences to Chuck and the entire family, including her beloved Barney.

Rosie and I became friends when we were 14 years old - bonding over English vocabulary words, algebra and rock and roll. She introduced me to my future husband, Bob, when we were all 15 years old. We continued our friendship through colleges - her in Rochester and me in Syracuse - being sounding boards for each other for all of life's little difficulties. Later, she was one of my bridesmaids as I was one of hers. We lived far apart through our adult years but the friendship endured and we got together when we could. Rosie will always be in my heart and I will cherish every memory of the last 58 years.

I taught with Rose at Penfield High School. Rose was such a talented artist and a great teacher. She had a lilt in her walk and always a smile for everyone! Rose was one of those people that made your day a bit brighter just by seeing her! My condolences to Chuck and the families.
