Dear Family, Tom was a dear friend and one of my first yoga instructors in 2007. It is Tom who I credit for giving me the "nudge" to also become a yoga instructor back in 2010. I spent many, many wonderful times at Yoga on the Beach with him & then-wife Tania R., and I was his reliable sub when he would go off on his frequent world-travels. When he moved up north to be with you all, I would typically call him on his birthday, August 23. Sometimes he would be able to speak with me, sometimes not. I'd just ask him to listen on those occasions. He was like a surrogate-dad to me for many years and I will forever be enriched for having known him. My sincerest condolences to your family on his passing.
