When I was a young child we used to have so much fun when the whole family got together including my Aunt Dot and all my cousins. The Christmases we shared at our grandmother's house and then some at Aunt Dot's house are all cherished childhood memories. It's funny because I think I inherited her feistiness and I am grateful for that trait. My Aunt Dot was a classy woman and she could also be a lot of fun. I was so happy when she came to my wedding. The last time I saw her was at my cousin Noel's wedding and that was a lot of fun also. Although our family doesn't get together like we did when we were young I often thought of my Aunt Dot. She will be greatly missed, goodbye Aunt Dot, love your niece Darlene

I first met Dot when I started on the switchboard at RGH and that day started a friendship that lasted until her passing. She told me the story of her life, about the books she was reading, the famous people she had met, and about her family, who she was so proud of and loved so dearly. Steve, Greg, Becky, and Eric, my sincerest condolences to you and your families. It was an honor to know her and she will always have a special place in my heart.
