Dear Taddeo Family, I am so shocked and saddened to hear the news of the passing of your dear dad (way too soon). He was just the most endearing man the way he always greeted us at church and the way he cared for his sweet wife. They were the embodiment of true love. I am crying as I write this as he wast just the best. Church will never be the same. I wish you all much grace and peace in the days ahead. Sincerely, Molly Gartland Johnson

Ed, John, Jeff and extended Taddeo family... I was very saddened to learn of Big Ed's passing. It seems like yesterday I had yet another (of many) spirited PCC Thur conversations w/ your dad about the Yankees (me being a Sox fan) and life in general. These conversations go back many years... we had many laughs together.
Big Ed is one of my all-time favorite guys. Always showed interest in me and my family, and the extended Gage crew, including many Ed/Kathy and Rich/Judy memories. He will surely be missed.

Ed and I were in high school together.(Irondequoit high, class of 1960). We shared classes together and I remember fondly how he would tease Mr. White in math class. Ed was a humorous guy who was friend to all. He will be missed.

Mr. Taddeo (as I always knew him) was always a kind presence in our neighborhood. He could always be counted on to gather around a riding mower with the other men who lived nearby and shoot the breeze. May he rest in peace and his family find comfort in the memories.
Sincerely,
Lesley (Eicher) Lemons

This news makes me so sad, Mr. Taddeo (as I still called him today) was one of the BEST guys I ever met! My dad was one of those “Thursday guys” that got together ever THURSDAY, rain or shine over the years at PCC, they did become good friends right to the end. The stories that group could tell would bring tears of laughter!
So too his family I say thank you for sharing such a wonderful man all these years, and your mom was pretty special too! May the memories you have get you through this, he truly was “THE BEST” and he will be missed.
