Obituary of Nathaniel Farrell Hess
Nathaniel Farrell Hess of Rochester passed away unexpectedly, at home on July 4, 2020, at age 31. Beloved son of Bruce Hess and Mary Frances (Missy) Farrell. Also survived by his sister, Mary Elizabeth (Emmy) Moore, brother, Oliver Layton Hess, lifelong friend and brother-in-law, Ian Moore, Uncles Kevin Farrell and Terrell L. Hess.
Nathaniel was living his childhood dream as a bridge engineer at NYSDOT Region 4. He graduated from Clarkson University in 2010 and had recently met all requirements to take his NYS Professional Engineer licensure exam this October. He was a fabulous ice skater, loved traveling to international music festivals with his sister, and enjoyed leading a computer game league. He will be deeply missed every day by all who knew him. May his memory be a blessing.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to www.timberglingfoundation.org.
