I will always remember Steve for his generosity and humor. Linda, Becky, Andy, and family, my thoughts are with you during this time.

I recall staying with Uncle Steve and family when my grandmother Grace passed. It was the first time I'd seen a family member in a casket. Uncle Steve was the much needed comic relief for me (and perhaps for my cousins) during that time. One morning, I'd gotten up early...I'm not sure I ever really went to sleep. Sitting at the kitchen table waiting for the coffee to finish perking, Uncle Steve came in and sat down with me. "Howse you doin' this morning?" he asked. Okay. I said. It all feels so strange to me. I'm not sure how to be right now, I said. He got up and poured me a cup of coffee, and without skipping in a beat, dropped a couple hershey's kisses into my cup...(I liked it that way back then) and handed it to me. He smiled, laughed a little and said, that's okay...I'm not sure any of us know how to be right now. You just be you and the rest will be okay. He never knew just how right he was. So wherever you are Uncle Steve..you just be you and the rest will be okay. (And to my cousins, Andy and Becky...please forgive me for posting this..it's the only one I have of us three. Thinking of you and Aunt Linda during this time. Love to you all.

It is comforting to know that such a precious friend, as Steve was, left a legacy just as the Apostle Paul did when he wrote these words, "I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith." 2 Timothy 4:7
Steve, you will always remain in our hearts. Pastor Albert & Joyce Dovidio, Wee Church at The Gardens

Hello Al and Joyce! I remember you two from Faith Temple many, many years ago, and my son Michael Ross thought you looked familiar. I and my husband Dave are Wesley’s other grandparents and I’m a retired pastor. Many blessings to you. We will really miss Steve! I’m glad he was in your church. I knew he loved Wee Church.
