I went through the Counterintelligence program at Fort Holabird, the Vietnamese language course at Fort Bliss and then with him in Vietnam with the 25th Military Intelligence Detachment, 25th INF Div. Dick was a great guy, someone with whom I shared many interests. He had a great sense of humor and introduced me to the group Cream. I am sorry to hear of his passing. His name just came to me today and I thought I would look him up.

I’m sorry to read about Dick’s passing. We grew up together on 18th St in Jamestown. Strange, I was in the mall the other day and a guy walked by and I thought to myself “that guy looked like Dick Phillips”. Please accept my condolences.

Dick, we are going to miss you so much. Our love for you will never fade.
We have so many wonderful memories of you and Sharon at our camper. And Christmas of 2018 was the best Christmas we had in a very long time. Playing that game with the Saran wrap was a riot.
You were the kindest loving man ever, and you and
Sharon were like the perfect couple. We will forever love you and miss you. You will never be forgotten.
RIP Dick, give our love to Aunt Mabel and Uncle Ed,
Judy, Bacci and my Dad and the rest of the gang!
See you down the road!
We love you! Flossie, Pat, and we can't forget Junior.
