Cork was such a faithful volunteer for 10 years at Shepherd Home. Every Thursday at 3:00 he came in the door with a loaf of bread and ingredients for soup and made a delicious meal for residents and their families to enjoy. He made sure the volunteer that worked with him enjoyed it as well. Nancy often accompanied him and helped with clerical duties while Cork ministered to our dying residents. Rest In Peace, dear Cork!!

Cork added so much joy to each day at the Willow Pond Legacy with his big smile, great laugh and helping hand. He was a great man who will be greatly missed. God Bless His wife Nancy and his family

I have always felt such gratitude to Cork for his attentions to my husband Cliff when he was a patient at Shepherd Home for ten weeks in 2006. It was the volunteer visit to which Cliff looked forward the most--for conversations about their shared interests and past experiences. I hope that others extended the same loving care to Cork in his passing. God bless him and his family. Sincerely, Pat Van K.

Cork was such a wonderful man. Always willing to lend a hand, be there for a friend in need. He is a true testament of what a fine and caring gentleman should be. He will always be remembered in our hearts and never forgotten. Rest easy now dear sweet Cork- we will watch over Nancy and your family.

A wonderful man and I will truly miss him...❤️! His wit, his smile...mostly his laugh! I have so enjoyed getting to know Cork through our interactions in the Willow Pond community. My heartfelt blessings go to Nancy and of course the rest of the family.
