Mr. Gartland was a truly kind and gentle soul . I’ll always be grateful for having Mr. Gartland and all the lovely Gartland’s as neighbors and friends growing up!! No matter how many kids of their own or relatives were there they welcomed all with open arms ! There was always fun and laughs to be had ! Mr. Gartland loved nothing more than being surrounded by his beautiful wife Pat and his children and adopted children, he always had a camera nearby to capture everyone! He will be missed by many ! Heaven got one of the best!
