Obituary of Anne J. Carroll

Anne J. "Jo" Carroll of Irondequoit passed away July 17, 2019. She was predeceased by her husband, Thomas F. Carroll; parents, John and Maureen Quinn; sister, Teresa Knibb.  Jo is survived by her children, Trudy (Terry) Ryan, Cahal (Ann), Annmarie McCarthy, Patrick; four grandchildren, Sinead & Nolan McCarthy, Thomas & Josephine Ryan; sisters, Mary Carroll and Elizabeth Quinn of Boston, MA, Vera (Michael) Deane, Monica Rushe and Cait McGarry and brother, Thomas (Phyllis) Quinn of Ireland; brother-in-law, Christopher Carroll; sisters-in-law, Mary, Delia and Nan Carroll; many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family at Carroll's Bar.
Friends may call at Jennings, Nulton & Mattle Funeral Home, 1704 Penfield Road, Sunday 4-7PM. Jo's Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday 9:30 AM at St. Ambrose Church, 31 Empire Blvd. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Those wishing may direct donations to AutismUp in Jo's memory.
