In 1996, I met a man that would become my Boss and the CEO/President of Nordon Inc. What was suppose to be a short stay became 23 years. He touched so many lives. He was a man that was admired and respected. He was an unbelievable leader and mentor. He taught me and many other so so much. He took a Company and created stability for the employees and their families. It could have not been accomplished without him. I will always be grateful for his support and commitment to Jim and I. I will miss him every day as I open my office and peak around the corner to say Good Morning. May you rest in peace. And someday, we will see each other again, God willing!
