Dear Steve, Diane and Max, Rick and Kim,
My sympathies to all of you.
Cousin Larry was such a wonderful man and I'm so glad I got to know him better over the past several years. He was the matriarch of the whole Phillips clan for many years and he will be so missed by us all. He has earned his place in heaven because of the loving, giving, faithful man he was here on earth and he has been reunited with your mom and all the rest of our beloved family who has gone before him.
May you find peace in knowing he has found his peace in his eternal home.

We are sorry to hear of Larry's passing. I learned a great deal from him early in my career. He was always a gentleman and true professional. We looked forward to running into him at the Fairport parades after his run in the Fire Cracker.

Larry's presence will surely be missed in Penfield UMC, the Legacy and the community. We shared the same Oct 19 birthday and were quick to remind each other of our new year! My thoughts and prayers are with you - the children and grandchildren, as I have just walked this path with the passing of my 95-year old father a month ago

Larry was a great friend. I worked with him for over 20 years at Mobil. He was a great engineer and was alway good to his employees. In later years I enjoyed his leadership in the Mobil Retirement Club.
We will miss him.

So sorry to hear of Larry's passing. I know last years were lonely
without Dorthy and with his decreased hearing ability. I was always
glad to see him at Mobil gatherings. His years of running were
most amazing. Was glad when he was assigned to any project I
had any connection, since you could be sure he would devote all
his energies. His smile and enthusiasm could carry the day. Same
energy with his golf game.

The other day, I stopped and picked up a washer off the road and was reminded of Larry.
On a Sunday morning I would occasionally ask Larry “ how was the run this morning?”, ( he often would do a 12 miler on Sunday). His response would often be something like “ found 35 cents today”. Larry would spot change on the side of the road and pick it up. All I could ever find was an occasion washer.
God blessed me with Larry as a running partner for a while.
Thanks buddy.
