I just found out today about Wendy's passing at a workshop that was setting me up with a place she worked at in 2008 . When I asked if she was working there , I was told . She was one of the biggest reasons I was able to start a new career, go to college and get a degree. She put up with me for 4+ years and am so great full. She has helped many people and I'm so grateful that
she was put in my path. I always hoped to run on to her again and thank her for being so patient, kind and believing in me. Today I am grieving and so sad but know she is looking down and in Heaven !
Thank You Wendy

Twenty plus years ago, before i met Wendy, i called her office and recall listening to the voice mail message she had left. I recall her message being a very kind, caring message saying she was not available but please leave a message. That message was an indicator of the person who i got to know professionally. Wendy was kind, caring, always positive. Wendy made everyone's life better. Her spirit and the memories will be with us always.

I got to know Wendy from afar quite a few years ago now.
So it was with great shock and sadness I learned of her passing. To her family and friends I offer my heartfelt condolence. She will be sorely missed.
This world is a poorer place without Wendy gracing it, but, I for one feel richer that I was lucky enough to of known her.

To the Ballard Family,
I am deeply sorry for the loss of Wendy. There are no words I can give you to ease your pain. However, I can only offer prayers for healing and comfort. I had the opportunity to work with Wendy at NYSED ACCES-VR. I enjoyed her company during training and share plenty of laughs. May God blessed Wendy and provide her abundance of peace, comfort, and love.

I am truly sorry for the loss of your dear Wendy. I can only imagine how you must feel.
May the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort give you strength and peace in the days ahead. I have personally found comfort in the words at Acts 24:15 where it tells us, "There is going to be a resurrection", and that soon God will "wipe out every tear" from our eyes. (Rev. 21:4)
Please accept my deepest sympathy.

I was so terribly sorry to hear of Wendy’s passing. I was a career counselor at BOCES 1 and Wendy would send me clients for retraining. Over the years we would work together to assist her clients in getting another chance for finding employment. When I worked at ACCES-VR as a Job Coach I also worked with Wendy who was always committed to serving her clients and helping them become self sufficient. She will always be remembered for her dedication to helping others improve their lives.

Please accept my sincere condolences. I am so deeply saddened by the news of Wendy’s passing. She was friendly, kind and always had time for a smile and a chat. I also got to see how talented a painter Wendy was and her caring soul listening to her talk about her cats. Wendy truly was, and is, an angel. God speed sweet Wendy.

Sending my sincere sympathy to Wendy’s family. Wendy was one of the most caring people I have ever met. She taught me so much when I was a new counselor at VESID. Her ability to connect with people was truly a gift. She will be missed in this world but I pray that we get to connect again in our forever home. Rest In Peace sweet Wendy. God speed to you. I know for sure you are amongst the angels.

My thoughts and prayers are with your entire family at this most difficult time. God needed a very special person to be his Angel so he called upon Wendy to be that chosen one. Wendy was a very wonderful, kind, and compassionate person. I will miss Wendy and I will also miss working with her. We are all comforted to know that Wendy is at peace now and watching over all of us from Heaven.
