On Juy 23, 2018 at age 76. Richard is predeceased by his parents. He is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Carol; children, Todd (Shanna); Tracy and Tammy; step-children, Denise (Paul) Palermo, Scott (Kimanne Hotra) Twigger; grandchildren; sisters, Janice Adair and Audrey (Tom) Barnard; several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call Friday, July 27, 10 AM – Noon at Jennings, Nulton & Mattle Funeral Home, 1704 Penfield Road, where a service will follow at Noon. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, kindly consider donations to The American Cancer Society.
