Obituary of Alberta M. Kelly

Alberta Miriam Bayliss Kelly of Penfield entered eternal rest September 14, 2017 at age 82. Predeceased by her beloved husband of 65 years, Edward. Alberta is survived by her five loving children, Catherine (Jack) Zellefrow, Patricia (Andrew) Phelps, Linda (Bill Stauber) Kelly-Ferruzza, E. Michael (Maeve) Kelly and Brian (Darlene) Kelly along with 10 beloved grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by one sister, Marge (Anthony) Seretta and many loving nieces and nephews. Through the years, she did the hard work of raising five children while also working part time as an office manager for several local companies and later enthusiastically supporting all the activities of her grandchildren. The family would like to thank Shepherd Home and URMC VNS Hospice care staff and volunteers for the incredibly compassionate and loving care they gave Alberta in her final days. Calling hours will be held Monday, September 18th from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at Jennings, Nulton & Mattle Funeral Home 1704 Penfield Road, Penfield. Alberta's Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, 11:00am at St. Joseph's Church, 43 Gebhardt Road, Penfield. Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, 1975 Baird Road, Penfield.
