I send my condolences to the loved ones and friends of Lou. I was honored to serve with Lou while we were assigned to the 174th Fighter Wing, and also with his son, Mark - two outstanding leaders in the military uniform; admired and respected by all. Lou and I shared similar years and backgrounds in the service; he in the Navy and I in the Air Force. Good people; great memories; and such a pleasure to smile and exclaim, "I know that guy!" My best wishes go out to the loved ones who had to stay behind when their warrior deployed away, for I believe it is often more difficult for them than for the one away. May God Bless, Lou!
