Obituary of Mary G. Sayre

Mary G. Sayre of Penfield passed away October 30, 2016. She was predeceased by her parents, Elwood and Marry Gappo and son, Scott Sayre. Mary is survived by her husband of 61 years, Samuel; sons, Mark S. (Theresa) and David S. Sayre; brother, E. Robert (Donna) Gappo; 3 nephews, Glenn Gappo, Steve and Chris Fitzpatrick; cousins, Ron Perkins, Beverly Lerch, Lorrie Lerch and Gloria Heberle; many dear friends. Mary graduated from Glassboro State College, now Rowan University, as a teacher. She taught in New Jersey, California and New York. She enjoyed golf and travel and was a longtime member of Penfield Country Club. Friends may call at Jennings, Nulton & Mattle Funeral Home, 1704 Penfield Road, Penfield, Saturday 3-6 PM.
