My dad loved collecting paper money and he also liked doing puzzles. The both of us loved working on this big paper money puzzle together a few years ago. When we finished it, he framed the puzzle. Love you Dad.

Dear Dad,
Even though you were trapped in Vietnam away from us for 15 years of my childhood. Your reunion with our family had a profound effect on my life. Not having a Father around all those years were difficult for sure for Mom and the family but I think it made us all stronger. You taught us lessons on loyalty and faith and being strong in the face of adversity. I am so grateful for the ~25 years I was able to share with you. You made it to my graduations, 1st job move, wedding, and birth of my 2 children. Thank you also for being the rock for Mom.
The silver lining to you being away so long is that it has helped me want to be a better Father since I know how hard it is growing up without a Father. I want to make sure I'm around as much as possible for my kids and be the best Dad I can be for them. I also know where I get my love of sports from and my propensity to smile. :)
I am so saddened your life was so abruptly cut short so suddenly but I am glad we were able to share some great years. Farewell and I look forward to when we will meet again in the next life.
Love,
Vu

Our heartfelt condolences on the sudden passing of your husband, father and grandfather. Although we only met briefly in Hawaii at Vu & Lee's wedding, we felt him to be a quiet, kind, soft spoken father who was very proud of his son,Vu. We are sure your greater loss is that you did not have more time with him. He is now embraced by his savior and he will be eternally watching over all of you whom he loved so much.
With deepest sympathy, Carl & Allene Hayashi

We were so sorry to hear of the passing of Son. He was such a happy, friendly person at Perinton Community Center. He loved the Zumba and Silver and Fit classes. He always had a smile on this face, and was happy to help all of us. June, I know you will miss him terribly but his happy face and grace and deep faith will be with you and your family forever. The love that everyone you know at PPC and the love of all your friends is with you at this sad time. Peace, Grace and the Love of God be with you my friend.

There is a river of light and love that flows freely through some people. Like water and light it cannot help but affect everyone it touches, even if only for a moment. Although we only met in person once, his joy was so clear and your family's story such a testament to his life, that even I cannot help but feel his loss. Son was a vessel of God's love, a love that comes of knowing pain and separation and hope. That love was nourished by and expressed in all of you, his family. I pray you will feel the love and gratitude of all of us who care as you come to know his devotion in new ways. Love always wins.

So saddened at the sudden passing of Son from our midst at Perinton Community Recreation Center in all the activities he was involved: Zumba, Yoga, Silver & Fit, Silver Sneakers, Lunch Prep...and reading the daily paper! His smile and "how are you" greeting, and peaceful demeanor always graced the spaces where he walked...and danced!
Blessings and sympathy to Dzung and all your family

I will miss Son. I always enjoyed having Son and June in the classes I taught at the PCC. I was always impressed with the sunshine the two of them brought to everyone around them.
June, the love of your life is gone, I'm so sorry for that. I pray you will continue to shine for the both of you.
May God Bless You and pour abundant graces upon you, especially during this difficult time.
Love,
Judy
