My condolences to Jack's family. He was such a wonderful man. To a young man entering the complex world of Xerox, Jack was a tremendous source of support, kindness, humour and wisdom. And over the years, he continued to be all those things - always a friend, a mentor, and a person to turn to. To me he was - and always will be - someone I greatly admire and miss.
Rest in peace, my friend.
