Robert L. Stump, Jr. of Penfield passed away February 5, 2016. Robert is survived by his wife of 30 years, Tracy Byrne Stump; 2 children, Christopher and Paige Stump. He is also survived by his mother, sisters and 4 brothers-in-law, and nieces and nephews. Friends may call at Jennings, Nulton & Mattle Funeral Home, 1704 Penfield Road, Wednesday from 4-7PM.
