Grace E. Hahn of Penfield NY died May 5, 2013. Grace is survived by her husband, Tom; daughter, Barb (Donnie) Pifer; son Bob (Laurie) Mills; grandchildren, Jason, Becca, Geoff, Janelle and Meredith; 6 great grandchildren; sisters, Mae O’Neill and Jean Burke; her stepchildren, Linda Gutierrez, David and Jonathan (Lydia) Hahn; step-grandchildren, Tana, Carlos and Laura;8 step-great grandchildren. No prior calling, Friends are invited to her Memorial Mass, Tuesday, May 7th 11:00am am St. Joseph’s Church, 43 Gebhardt Rd., Penfield.
