Obituary of Jean P. Edwards

Jean P. Edwards of Brighton died June 28th 2012. Jean is predeceased by her husband Homer Harter Edwards and her sister Betty P. Seager. She is survived by her children, Ruth (Richard) Feasel, Allen (Victorine) Edwards, DVM and Nancy Edwards; 5 grandchildren, Kristina Jean Feasel, Kathryn Anne (Adam) Kramer, Zachary Harter Edwards, Lindsay Renee Edwards and Stephanie Marie (Dennis) Smalley; 2 great-grandchildren, Hailey Anne and Jakob Adam Kramer; many other generations of family members. Jean was Deputy Town Clerk and Receiver of Taxes for the town of Brighton. She was very active in the Girl Scouts as a Troop Leader, Outdoor Trainer and Camping Instructor. She was also a longtime member of the Brighton Fire Department Auxillary. Friends may call at Jennings, Nulton & Mattle Funeral Home, 1704 Penfield Road, Penfield on Monday July 2nd from 4:00 to 7:00pm. A Celebration of Jean's life will be held Tuesday, July 3rd , 10:30 am in All Seasons Chapel at White Haven Memorial Park where interment will follow. In lieu of flowers, kindly consider the Brighton Ambulance or the Palliative Center for Caring at St. Ann's in Jeans memory.
