Obituary of Ann De Laval Schaefer

Ann de Laval Schaefer of Rochester passed away April 22, 2012 at age 77. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, John and brothers, Gerald and David. Ann is survived by her children, David (Annmarie) Dunn, Carl Dunn, Grant (Wendy) Dunn, Liz (Don) Hoyler, Paul (Courtney) Shaefer, Daniel (Solier) Schaefer; numerous grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Ann served for many years as a teacher and Director of Development at the Allendale Columbia School. She was also active in many area organizations such as the Hillside Children's Center and Garth Fagan Dance. Services will be held on Friday, May 4th at 11 AM at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 25 Westminster Road. A reception, also at St. Paul's, will immediately follow the service.
