Tiffany, I did not know you. I am a friend of Your Aunt Lou Meng, Uncle Dave, Asley and Michael. I also know your parents-have not seem them in so long. As a registered nurse, I can only attest to the pain and suffering you endured. Your parents are wonderful people, as are the Mengs. I have 42 y/o daughter and I can only begin to know the pain of your Mom and Dad. You are with God and Jesus-there is no more pain. I am so so sorry for all you endured. sincerely, Linda Flannigan

Tiff, No one will ever forget your overwhelmingly kind spirit and a smile that would warm the world's heart. You have made your mark here and with every single person you came into contact with. Your legacy lives on through the kids and the memories you blessed us with along the way. I am extremely greatful to have had the honor to call you cousin, and will never forget how special you have made me feel growing up!
