Obituary of Charlotte R. Russell

C. Rosalind Russell (Green) of Rochester NY died March 2, 2012 at age 98. Ros will be remembered as a warm and loving wife, mother and grandmother. She is predeceased by her husband, John A. Russell. Ros is survived by her children, Joanne (David) Poland, James (Ann) Russell and Thomas (Tere) Russell; 5 grandchildren, John D. Poland, Timothy J. (Elizabeth) Poland, Anne P. (George) Tsimboukis, Julie (David) Gregory and James Russell; 12 great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and loyal friends. Ros was a lifelong artist and poet. She was a graduate of Vesper George School of Art in Boston. She moved to Rochester 21 years ago, but home was always New England. The family would like to thank the staff of Morgan Place at The Friendly Home for their care. Friends are invited to a Memorial Service for Ros, Saturday, March 10th 1:00pm at Downtown United Presbyterian Church, 121 North Fitzhugh Street, Rochester. Interment will be held privately in Clinton MA. In lieu of flowers, kindly consider the Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired or a charity of ones choice.
