Obituary of Sally S. Palmer

Sally S. Palmer of Penfield passed away June 1, 2011. She was predeceased by her husband, William K. Palmer; son, Philip Neary Palmer and son-in-law Marc Corkish. Sally is survived by her children, Peggy (Jim) Quetschenbach, Teri (David) Murano, Kathy (Ron) Cocciole, Maureen (David) Carpenter, William K. Palmer II, John Palmer, Thomas (Melissa) Palmer and Patty Palmer (Fred Deil); 19 grandchildren, Jennifer, Melissa, Adam, David, Rob, Sarah, Brad, Claire, Christa, Carrie, Jeffrey, Brian, Matthew, Chad, William III, Aaron, Ian, Riley and Justin; 14 great-grandchildren. A longtime Penfield resident, Sally was always a positive person with a great zeal for life. She was a proud wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Sally was especially fond of all holidays, having been born on Halloween and married on St. Patrick's Day. Friends may call at Jennings, Nulton & Mattle Funeral Home, 1704 Penfield Road, Friday 3-7 PM. Sally's Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday 12:30 PM at St. Joseph's Church, 43 Gebhardt Road, Penfield. Interment, Oakwood Cemetery.
