Obituary of Joanne R. Renner

Joanne "Jenny" Renner (born Giovanina Piscini) of Penfield passed away May 12, 2010. She was predeceased by her daughter, Michelle Rose. Jenny is survived by her husband of 60 years, Gene Renner, Sr.; 5 children, Eugene Jr. (Kathy Briggs), Dianna Renner, Shirley (Glenn) Roat, Alicia (Peter) Quigley and David (Sabrina); 7 grandchildren, Charlene (Rob) Wills, Jamie and Courtney Renner, Patrick, Katherine and Kevin Quigley and Jolie Roat; 3 great-grandchildren, Bailey, Sophie and Keira Wills; brother, Saverio (Marisa) Pascini; sister, Helen (Patrick) Crough; many nieces and nephews. Jenny was an active member of Penfield Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary, Monroe County Volunteer Firemen's Association Ladies Auxiliary and the Red Hat Society. Friends may call Monday 3-8 pm at Jennings, Nulton & Mattle Funeral Home, 1704 Penfield Rd. Jenny's Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday 11 am at St. Joseph's Church, 43 Gebhardt Rd., Penfield. Interment, Oakwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, kindly consider the American Heart Association, Strong Memorial Hospital Palliative Care or a charity of your choice in her memory.
