Obituary of Patricia M. Caraker

Patricia M. Caraker of Penfield passed away November 29, 2009. Patricia was born July 28, 1921. She was predeceased by her parents, Harry and Dorothy Monahan; husbands, Ted McCarthy and George Caraker. Beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great friend. Patricia was employed by the Penfield School District, where she spent many years of her life enriching the lives of students in the Denonville Junior High School Library. Patricia is survived by her daughters, Patricia "Tish" (Raymond) Fiore, Teddi Jo (Jimmy) Massaro; son, Reece Caraker; grandchildren, Ted and Tim Fennell, Traci, JJ and Kristen Massaro, Elizabeth, Laura and Becky Caraker, Ray, Nina, Cara and Daniel Fiore; great-granddaughter, Teddi Jo Massaro and step great-grandson, Eli fiore; Patricia has many loving and caring friends, most recently at the Legacy at Willow Ponds, who will miss her greatly. Friends may call Thursday 5-7 PM at Jennings, Nulton & Mattle Funeral Home, 1704 Penfield Rd. Patricia's Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday 10 AM at St. Jerome's Church, 207 South Garfield St., E. Rochester.
