Obituary of John L. Remington

John L. "Jack" Remington of Penfield passed away September 29, 2009 at age 79. Jack is survived by his wife of 57 years, Carole; 3 daughters, Sandy (Keith) Herman, Jody Remington and Amy (Paul) Braband; 4 grandchildren, Emily and Ryan Herman, Hannah and Zachary Braband; sister, Nancy (Dan) Errico; brother, Walter "Chuck" Remington; brother-in-law, Pat Gillette; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Jack was predeceased by his sister, Carol Gillette. Friends may call at Jennings, Nulton & Mattle Funeral Home, 1704 Penfield Rd., Friday 4-7 PM. Jack's Memorial Service will be held Saturday 1 PM in All Season's Chapel at White Haven Memorial Park, 210 Marsh Rd., where a reception will follow. In lieu of flowers, kindly consider the Alzheimer's Association in Jack's memory.
