Obituary of Luella Starks

Luella M. Sprague Starks, age 82, died August 6th 2009 at the Friendly Home. Luella is survived by her husband of 61 years, Myron; children, Stephen (Leanne Moretter) Starks, Julie (Glen) Traywick and Nancy (Richard) Born; her beloved grandchildren: Samantha, Cory and Hayley Starks; Jeffrey and Kristin Traywick; Ryan (Jessi), Jennifer, Gregory (Adrienne), Peter and Sarabeth Born; great-grandchildren: Aubrey and Wyatt; sister, Kathleen (Donald) Brown; brother, Frank "Bud" Sprague; brothers-in-law, James (Dorie), Gerald (Aurelia) Starks; Many Nieces and nephews. Luella was a graduate of Nazareth Academy and a long time employee of SWBR Architects. The family thanks the staff of the Friendly Home for the wonderful care they gave Luella. There will be no calling hours. A memorial service for Luella will be celebrated 4:oopm on Wednesday August 12th at Faith Lutheran Church, 2576 Browncroft Blvd. where a reception will follow. Those wishing to contribute to a charity in her memory are asked to consider the Alzheimer's Association or a charity of your choice.
