Obituary of Thomas O. Middlebrook

Thomas O. Middlebrook Penfield: Formerly of Attica. June 4, 2009. Loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. Predeceased by his parents, Richard and Doris and his son Todd B. Thomas is survived by his wife, Susan; son, Stephen R. (Heather); step-daughters, Angela and Jacqueline; granddaughter, Ava; brother, Timothy (Judyanne); 2 nephews, Nicholas and Andrew. Tom is a 1971 graduate of St. Lawrence University. He retired in 2004 as Regional Director of New York State Division of Parole. He will be greatly missed by all whose lives he touched. Friends may call at Jennings, Nulton & Mattle Funeral Home, 1704 Penfield Rd., Sunday 2-5 PM, with a time to share memories at 5 PM. Private Interment will take place at Oakwood Cemetery.
