I had pleasure of meeting Ginny more than 40 years when I worked for Pete at Kodak Park. She was sweetest, kindest lady and a very special person. I know she is now one of the angels in heaven.
Sincerely, Katie E.

Dearest Pete, Mary Jane/Arnie and family,
I have such fond memories for many years of your wonderful wife/mother/grandmother/ggmother. She was a wonderful friend to my godmother, Aunt Gladys, my grandparents Olive and Bill Seccombe, and to my mother, Ann Otto Murphy and my dad and to Bud Murphy, my stepfather. Her hospitality, willingness to give of herself as a volunteer, skill as a wife and mother, and humor were just a few of the many things we all appreciated about her. Unfortunately I am in Florida and will not be able to attend the memorial service. As you know, I am the last surviving member of our small family, but know that through me we all mourn your great loss and pray for your peace and comfort. With love, Susie

Dear Peter, My deepest sympathy on the loss of your
wife Virginia. It has been many years since I worked for you at Kodak at the ripe old age of 20. I took Hilda Schultz's spot when she left because of pregnancy. Then it was my turn in "61. You always said there was something strange about the secretary's chair. All your girls got pregnant. Again, my deepest sympathy to you and yours. Marie Giordano Bellor Kulzer.

Pete,
It was great sadness that I read of Ginny's death.
Many years of fond memories of you and she and the "old timers" at RYC enjoying yourselves. You are an inspiration to me.
"To live in hearts that love is not to die."
Sincerely,
John Parker

Friday nights at the Yacht Club means walking in and seeing the smiling faces of the Tierneys at their table. Ginny will be missed as such a sweet and caring person. She always gave me a hug to help my problems seem less burdensome. She will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege to know her.
