Obituary of Lance E. Peters

Lance E. Peters, M.D. Ithaca: Formerly of Penfield. Suddenly on December 26, 2008 at age 42. Survived by his parents, Jeffrey and Mary Ann Peters; brother, Brendan (Jill) Peters; 1 niece; 1 nephew; special friend, Eric VanEvenhoven; aunts, uncles and cousins. Dr. Peters was a graduate of Weill Medical College of Cornell University and completed his Orthopedic Training at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City. Dr. Peters specialized in Joint Replacements and practiced in Binghamton, Ithaca and Auburn. Friends may call at Jennings, Nulton & Mattle Funeral Home, 1704 Penfield Rd. Tuesday 3-5 PM and 7-9 PM. Dr. Peters Funeral Service will be held Wednesday 11 AM at St. Martin Lutheran Church, 813 Bay Rd., Webster, 14580.
