Passed away peacefully on 1/30/24 at age 43. Predeceased by loving father, Joseph. Survived by beloved mother, Donna; brother, Thomas; sister, Jennette and many cousins.
Charlie/Chuck is also survived by a host of loyal friends.
Services will be held at the discretion of his family at a date to be announced.
