Worked with Jim for many years at Rochester Tel. Always a smile on his face and never a bad word about anyone. So sorry to hear of his passing.

I have fond memories of Jim. I worked with him as a switchtech in the Field street office. I was a new tech and Jim patiently became my mentor. I learned a lot from Jim and back in the day we were more than just work mates, we became family as we hosted many family office togethers outside of working hours. Jim was funny, honest, smart and very caring

This obituary describes Jim so well. He always had a warm, welcoming gentleness about him, and no matter how much time elapsed between visits, there was always a smile, a connection and the feeling that you had his undivided attention and love. It would be hard for us to move forward without our beloved family member if it were not for the thousands of memories of his laughter, his love of family, his acceptance, and his willingness to do for others. His devotion to his wife (my sister) and his daughters (my nieces) will always be an inspiration to me. Love you, my Brother Jim!
