Obituary of Patricia J. Moore

Patty Moore passed away on December 1, 2023.  She is predeceased by her parents, Jack and Jean Moore.  She is survived by her four brothers, Robert (Carol), Bill, Richard (Kelly), and Michael.  She is also survived by her very caring CDS family. 
A Celebration of Life will be scheduled for the spring of 2024.  In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Patty's name to CDS Monarch.
