I had the absolute pleasure of working with Greg at Dataflow from 2018 to 2020. Greg was a very passionate and caring man, he one of the most gentle souls I've ever met. His infectious energy and smile would always light up a room. Whether we were at the office working, going out on deliveries to clients, or even hanging out outside of work watching Star Trek, Greg was an amazing human and always cared about people. Even when a day was bad or stressful, Greg would crack a joke and make us all smile. I'll miss hearing "Hey here he is!" and "WOOO!" whenever he was excited. Sending my thoughts and condolences to the family, Greg will be missed!

Greg was such a special guy. I always enjoyed dropping stuff off to him at the Paul press and dataflow over the years when we could spend a little time talking about his latest projects. I remember running into him in front of his house on West Hill and spending more of the afternoon than I should have touring his unending collections of models, doll house miniatures and airplanes. So sad to hear of his passing, we hadn’t crossed paths in a few years. May his memories linger.

I have quite a few wonderful memories of Greg, one was at one of Renee's and my HS Reunions, he was so thoughtful to host me at his home during my stay. Renee and I were roomies in our single days in Rochester, but both went to school in Ithaca, born and raised and clicked immediately as roommates. Our parents were also friends with their parents. Greg gave me quite the tour of all his models and projects he did which were incredibly to perfection!
He was genuine man, that would do anything for any one.
When Greg was brought to Strong Renee was in town, so I went to visit. Honestly, I unfortunately have been to Strong allot, losing my husband to Cancer and now my new husband is 11 years in remission, so I am used to being around Cancer patients. But my fear before entering in the room a few days after he had his trachea I just did not want to see hime in pain. But to my surprise, there was Greg, wonderful coloring, extremely upbeat and immediately grabbed his white board having a full blown conversation with me.
I left, hoping I would see him again, but I left a better person as I witnessed a man facing life challenges, but set his goals as he wrote to me, he has 2 more models to complete, bigger and harder. I know he is in heaven with his parents and other loved ones, and will keep building his models.
I will miss Greg so much, he was blessed with loving parents, Renee, Mark and their families, relatives and so many cherished friends. XO

I'm so sorry to hear of Greg's passing. I knew him and his mother, Judy, from the Gregory Paul Press days. I was a graphic designer in the days before desktop computers and printers, so I was in Greg's shop often. He was always so earnest and, as others have noted, a gentle soul. His mother was a lovely presence, too—so kind. Sending deepest condolences to his family.

Remembering Cousin Greg over all these years. Always upbeat - gracious - passionate about his hobbies - a gentle soul.
I admired his candor expressing normal sadness tempered with a “roll up the sleeves, get the job done” spirit and tenacity towards his cancer battle and treatments…consistent with the way he approached work, volunteerism and modeling projects.
I know he loved his niece and nephews very much and embraced family values. Sending my prayers and sympathies to Renee, Mark and his entire family and friend network.

HOLT sends condolences to his family. We worked with Ray, Judy and Greg before they sold the Gregory Paul Press and then continued with Greg at Dataflow. He was always talking about his family; a doll house he was doing for his niece and all his planes that he flew. He was a great man.

Sad to hear this about Greg. He was a big part of the architecture and landscape architecture world of Ithaca for many years and it was always nice to see him at the GPP and Dataflow. Greg will be missed...

I probably met Greg in 1987 when he ran the Gregory Paul Press and I worked for Egner and Associates Architects. Through the years I enjoyed chatting with him whenever he delivered prints or if I ran into him elsewhere, even during his Dataflow years. He clearly loved his family. I didn’t know he was sick. My condolences to his family and friends.

Greg was one of the best true friends a person could ever want and have. He was always eager to give and receive advice about things he was passionate about. A kind and caring soul with much to share with his friends and the world. I will very much miss Greg and our discussions about his model projects, classic cars, Star Trek shows and movies. As Greg’s former boss and long time friend I was always impressed by his dedication and work ethics which said volumes to the type of person he was, and how much he loved life. Greg you will be MISSED!
My deepest condolences to the family and friends.
