I first knew of Linda and the Cooney Family when I attended Sacret Heart Grammar School. In the early 60's Linda and I worked together in Advertising Distribution at Eastman Kodak and hung out at Tiny Bengal's Inn and the Mardi Gras. We have kept in contact over the years and usually got together at least once a year. I spoke with her this past spring and found out that her cancer was back but they did not know where it was located. For months I was not able to reach her by phone. This September I found out that she was at St. John's. I was greatful for the opportunity to have one last visit with her before I came back South to my home in SC. I am not sure that she really knew who I was but that was okay. I hope that she has found peace and is in a better place.
My Thoughts and Prayers are with her.
Sincerely, Susan (Beadling) Russi
