Nancy R Thornton Obituary
Passed away August 11, 2023. She is survived by her husband, Lewis H. Thornton; sister; Janet S. Reed; daughter, Kathleen Mulvey; sons, James W. Thornton and Michael S. Thornton; grandchildren, Benjamin Mulvey, Amanda Mulvey, Kara Thornton and Zachary Thornton.
Nancy is a graduate of Monroe High School and the University of Rochester. She has a degree in Mathematics. She taught math in Prince George's County, Maryland, and Penfield, NY at Bay Trail School. She also started a desktop publishing business, Disk Publishing, and concentrated on newsletters and other printed items.
Nancy was interested in education and served on the Brighton Central School Board for eight years. A diabetic since the age of six, she would have appreciated your contribution to The Juvenile Diabetes Organization. https://www2.jdrf.org
