Dorothy A. Betlem of Bonita Springs, FL and Penfield, NY passed away December 13, 2012. She was predeceased by her son, John Jay "Larry" and daughters, Joan and Peggy Jo Betlem. Dorothy is survived by her husband of 40 years, John R. Betlem; daughters, Judy (Greg) Hogue, Cynthia (Daniel) Swan; son, William (Melody) Betlem; 7 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson.
