Message from Marc Geier,
Many of my friends, to include Gary, would call me “Guy”,
I met Gary in 6th Grade at Ridgecrest Elementary School playing football after lunch break. My family had moved to Webster that year.
During my High School years, Gary was instrumental in showing me how to play the game of football with integrity and intensity.
In those years, we spent many times going to the Summer Fireman’s Carnival, Partying at Webster Park and having a great time sharing many celebratory occasions with friends.
After High School we both had different “Callings” in life, but our bonds to a special group of Webster High School Friends has never been broken.
My Calling was to serve I the US Army for the next 25 years, married my love, Dinorah, while I believe Gary’s Calling was to continue to serve his community, where he grew up, where he also discovered a very special love, his wife Margie, where he continued to live a life that represented the best he ever wanted.
Gary, Go rest high on that Mountain, you are the Man and Always will be.
