Predeceased by her husband, Frank A. Poulton, her daughter, Edith Marie Mullen, her sisters, Mary Loffredo and Rose Giannatasio, her sister-in-law, Marguerite (Micky) Baker.
She is survived by her daughters, MaryAnn (Mark) Fornalik, Danielle Poulton, Francine (Jamie) Smith, her brother, John Yoffredo, brothers-in-law, Peter Jerzak & Martin Jerzak, her 11 grandchildren, various nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Victoria passed away unexpectedly and peacefully after silently battling breast cancer. She was a loving wife and mother, and a strong, amazing woman, beautiful on the inside and out. Her presence will be missed by all whose lives she touched.
We welcome anyone who knew Vicky to attend the calling hours and/or funeral to share in celebrating her life with us.
Victoria's calling hours will be on Monday, December 26, 4-7 pm at Jennings, Nulton & Mattle Funeral Home, 1704 Penfield Road, Penfield. Her Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday, December 27, 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's Church, 43 Gebhardt Road, Penfield. Interment will be at Oakwood Cemetery following the mass.
Donations may be made in her memory to the American Breast Cancer Society.
