Obituary of David Steele

Walworth,

Joyfully went home to his Lord on October 21, 2022.  David is predeceased by his son, Matthew Walter Steele and brother, Barrie Steele.  He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Veronica; children, Elizabeth (John) Zaepfel, Joshua (Lindsay) Steele; 6 grandchildren, Anna, Clara, Leith, Rose, Caelan and Findlay; brother, Daniel (Bernadine) Steele; sister-in-law, Barbara Steele; nieces and nephews, Lisa, Barrie, Jay, Wendy and Jesse. 

The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trust in Him; and He helps me. My heart leaps for joy, and with my song I praise Him.

Family and friends are invited to call at Jennings, Nulton & Mattle Funeral Home, 1704 Penfield Road, on Tuesday from 4- 7 pm where services will be held on Wednesday, 1:00 p.m.  Interment will be at Oakwood Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, kindly consider donations to BeholdIsrael.org in David’s memory.
