Obituary of Joyce M. Calkins

Joyce Mae Calkins (Brock) of Penfield passed into glory peacefully with family by her side and in her home on September 14, 2022. Joyce lived a full life of nearly 92 years and spent 53 of those years with her late husband, Donald Calkins. She is predeceased by her parents, Fenton and Genevieve Brock and siblings Robert Brock and Jane Schenk. Joyce is survived by her children, Joanne (James) Scheid and David (Marsha) Calkins; grandsons, Jamie (Emily) Scheid, Kurt (Delilah) Calkins, Todd (Amy) Scheid, Keith Calkins; 11 great-grandchildren. Joyce retired from the Penfield School District after 34 years.

Friends may call at Jennings, Nulton & Mattle Funeral Home, 1704 Penfield Road, Friday, September 23, 2022 5-8PM. Joyce's Memorial Service will be held Saturday, September 24, 2022 11AM at First Baptist Church of Penfield, 1862 Penfield Road, Penfield 14526.
