Cohen, Anna "Anya"

Rochester: September 9, 2022 at age 83. Formerly of New York City and New Jersey. She is predeceased by her parents Nicholas & Josephine (Nicolosi) Bianchi. She is surviced by her sisters, Marion Wright and Sandra Mihalitsis; nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.

Anya opened one of the first coffee houses in Rochester called The Wee Spot, located on South Avenue. People came to play instruments, read poetry, sing or just relax.

Family and friends may call at Jennings, Nulton & Mattle Funeral Home, 1704 Penfield Road, Wednesday, 4-7 PM. Anna will be buried Thursday, 9:45AM at White Haven Memorial Park. Please assemble at the main entrance to the cemetery. In lieu of flowers, kindly consider donations to a charity of your choice in Anna's memory.
